If something does come up, do we contact you to let you know that we wouldn’t be able to make that appointment window? Are the people that you dealt with or came to visit your home polite, friendly, and knowledgeable? If we didn’t care about the service experience, on the other hand, you would encounter someone selfish, rude, and uncommunicative.We also try very hard to create a consistent experience. If you had a certain kind of experience one time and then a completely different experience with the next person, that would be extremely frustrating.
